Processing Time
Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or personalized items (engraved boards, monogrammed pieces) require 3–7 business days before shipment.
Wooden kitchen items are individually wrapped to protect edges and surfaces during transit. Cutting boards and serving boards are packed flat with corner protection.

Packaging
All wooden items are individually wrapped in protective material, placed in sturdy packaging with appropriate cushioning, and labeled Fragile where needed. Boards are packed flat. Bowls and turned pieces are wrapped with foam padding.
