2. Products and Food Safety
All products are handcrafted wooden kitchen and dining accessories. All finishes used are food-grade and non-toxic — safe for direct contact with food. Items are not dishwasher safe — hand wash only. Because items are made from natural hardwood, each piece is unique. Variations in grain, color, and tone are natural and are not considered defects.
3. Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom-engraved or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun and are non-refundable unless defective. Processing for custom items requires 3–7 additional business days.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Stripe. All transactions are SSL encrypted. We do not store payment card details.
5. Shipping
Processing time is 1–3 business days for stock items; 3–7 days for custom orders. US shipping only. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days for unused, unwashed items in original condition. Personalized items non-refundable unless defective. See our Returns Policy for full details.
7. Wood Care Instructions
Hand wash only — do not submerge in water or put in dishwasher. Dry immediately after washing. Apply food-grade mineral oil or wood conditioner periodically to maintain the finish. Keep away from prolonged direct heat. We are not liable for damage caused by improper care.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madera County, California.
