Return Window & Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition and accompanied by your order number.
Natural variation is not a defect. Wood grain, color, and minor texture differences between pieces are natural characteristics of hardwood — signs of authenticity, not defects. Items showing natural wood variation are not eligible for return on this basis.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-engraved items (non-refundable unless defective)
- Items that have been used, oiled, or washed after delivery
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Final Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Return
Email Us — Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Instructions — We respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and packing guidance.
Pack and Ship — Return in original protective packaging. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
Refund Issued — Once received and inspected (1–3 days), refund issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives cracked, split, or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
